CM6X reference design: RS232 design based on NXP I.MX6 core module.
The CM6X is a core module based on the NXP's I.MX6 Cortex-A9 processor. The core module is Measured only 67.6mm by 46mm, integrates 2GBytes DDR3 SDRAM and up to 8GBytes eMMC flash.
The MAX3222/MAX3232/MAX3237/MAX3241 transceivers have a proprietary low-dropout transmitter output stage enabling true RS-232 performance from a 3.0V to 5.5V supply with a dual charge pump.
